What do I do if I receive the products and they are damaged or some are missing?

Every care is taken to ensure your goods are delivered in the best possible condition. We cannot be held responsible for lost goods or damage caused in transit, or due to improper handling or storage. Once goods are shipped the risk passes to the buyer.


We recommend you insure all orders for shipping loss and damage. Any issues for lost or damaged goods during shipping are between you and your freight / insurance company.
